Ward Weaver III is currently serving life in prison for the murders of Ashley Pond and Miranda Gaddis. But before his arrest took place, TV reporter Anna Canzano went to his home for an interview. He showed her around his house, in an attempt to prove his innocence. The video below shows Weaver walking on a slab of concrete where Ashley Pond's body was buried.
Pond's body was found in a 55-gallon drum under the concrete.
Coincidentally, Canzano had also spoken to Miranda Gaddis by chance, two months after Pond was reported missing. Gaddis's body was found in a microwave box in Weaver's shed.

In 1996, 21-year-old Ricardo López made a video diary over the course of nine months, detailing his obsession with musician Björk. He had been a fan since 1993, but became infuriated when he discovered she was in a romantic relationship with fellow musician Goldie. In the video, he details his plan to create an acid-spraying mail bomb that he would then deliver to Björk. His video diary ends with his suicide.
Scotland Yard intercepted the mail bomb at a south London post office.

In 2011, Stephen McDaniel pleaded guilty to the murder of Lauren Giddings in Georgia. He broke into her apartment and watched her sleep before strangling her to death. He dismembered her body and disposed of it in a dumpster at Mercer University. Before he was considered a suspect, McDaniel was interviewed by WGXA-TV about Giddings' murder. In this interview, the reporter informs him that her body has been found. He looks shocked and simply replies, "I need to sit down."
McDaniel had previously spied on Giddings and recorded his actions.
He was sentenced to life in prison.
